The location was perfect, price was within the areag average but they didn't put on their site no pets, they didn't tell us when we called they had no pets, who travels without their pets now a days so when we showed up with all of our personal belongings we were denied a room if not just for the night and we had traveled hours to get there in the middle of the night - room booked and waiting so I could get up in the morning and go to work -noooo we sat on a sidewalk outside spending hours trying to find some place at 0100 hrs that was open within walking distance as we were dropped off and the driver left. I was just so upset on the wasted money and time as the booking site said it was nonrefundable.

There were maggots crawling on the floor. The room and floors were very dirty. The paint was hanging from restrooms ceiling. This has been the worst stay ever! Rooms were too expensive to have maggots in it. They need better maintenance. Do not stay here

Quiet, clean room Stayed a free night from Wyndan reward points, aside from leaving a CC on file, they still required a $30 deposit, but the Indian owners were very polite.

The location is incredibly convenient, just off the highway, with a Walmart nearby that’s perfect for grabbing beach snacks and supplies in the morning. There are plenty of food options close by, and it’s only about a 20-minute drive to Pensacola Beach, which makes it ideal for a relaxed beach vacation without the high prices of beachfront stays. The rooms are always clean, the A/C blows ice cold, and while it’s a no-frills kind of place, that’s exactly what we want when we’re planning to spend most of our time at the beach.
