The toilet in our room didn't work the front desk receptionist was handsy and forward. Me and my two friends were in our room and needed the TV fixed and when the guy came in to fix it he tried to hug me I don't know this man why would he try to hug a complete stranger and be forward and tell her that her eyes are pretty very creepy Vibes not someplace a single woman should go to by herself the hot water took 15 minutes to heat up so the first part of my shower was cold if it wasn't as close to the prison as it is I would not stay there and if I hadn't already wasted money on a second reservation I wouldn't stay there but since I already paid for the room I'm going to have to suck it up and bring a friend and this time maybe protection 10 out of 10 would not recommend showing up late make

We booked this hotel primarily because of the pool, only to find out after arrival that it was closed. That was a major disappointment and honestly the main reason we chose this place. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The room was not clean — there was hair throughout the bathroom and main area, and the comforter had visible cigarette burns in it. To make matters worse, the toilet was clogged when we arrived. We notified the front desk right away, and instead of sending maintenance or offering to move us to another room, we were simply handed a plunger and told to handle it ourselves. Positive: Staff was friendly and accommodating to a lister checkout. Sheets smelled and looked clean as did the bathroom. Negative: No elevator. Only one set of stairs I could find. VERY dated, nasty carpet and bedding. Mattress was old and sunken.towels were small and rough. Room has musty odor. GET RID OF THE NASTY CARPET. I didn’t want to walk on it. It looked dirty.

It's obvious the hotel is getting updated. The rooms are clean and serviceable. Seating for two people is limited to one armchair and the office chair for the desk. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning kept the room cool. My husband did encounter a small snake in the hallway (but this is a desert-type location) and managed to divert it with his cane. One of the employees took it outside. Not sure how the critter got inside, but I'm glad I'm not the one who saw it - my response wouldn't have been quite so calm.

The staff has truly become like family to us over time. Everyone is kind and helpful, and the gentleman who works the night shift is absolutely the best! He always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. We genuinely appreciate the hospitality and always look forward to staying here.
