Super 8 by Wyndham Norman

Friendly, comfortable and affordable. I enjoyed my stay at this Super 8. The layout was quite different from most Super 8s I’ve seen around the country. It included a pool and a hot tub in a large, open common area with plenty of seating. The whole building was very spread out and the result was a peaceful, quiet stay. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, as you can park right in front of your room given the spacious layout. At both check in and check out the staff members were friendly and helpful. The only minor suggestion I would make would be to turn the temperature up in the hot tub, but otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I have to book some rooms in Norman later this year and I am looking forward to staying at this Super 8 again.

The rooms aren't perfectly clean, but I feel they are cozy... They allow dogs with a $10 fee which is definitely fair in my opinion! Usually stay here on business trips and haven't had a bad experience. I would like to add that the pool area is super cool!

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. Our room was clean. The motel is dated, but it was clean. The coffee was good. The continental breakfast room was large an very clean. We stayed two nights an didn't have any issues. The parking lot has good lighting. I slept well an didn't hear anyone moving around in the parking lot. If your looking for a clean room that is around $70.00 this is worth staying at. There is a indoor pool that looked clean as well as the surrounding sitting areas. I would stay here again.

The outside of the buildings need some work. A nice place to lay your head if that's all you're doing there. We had a non-smoking room but it smelled as if it had been a smoking room once. The a/c wasn't very cold but still kept the room cool enough to be tolerable. Other than that it was clean, comfortable bed, pool and hot tub were nice. Continental breakfast is pretty good; waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, bread for toast, and fresh fruit. All in all it was a good stay, building and rooms just needs some love.

We stayed 4 days & were very pleased. Check in was prompt with a friendly clerk. We arrived one day early, but were able to still have the room we had reserved. Our shower worked GREAT with NO clogged drain, which is hard to find. Our room was clean with updates, NO odor of cigarettes, and a VERY comfy bed & pillows. The room's heater quickly & efficiently warmed our room & was not noisy. We didn't get up in time to have the free continental breakfast, but it was nice to know it was there if needed. Our room was small, but it had everything we needed to arrange our luggage, totes, cooler, etc. Having an ironing board & a built-in hair dryer was so helpful. Both bedside lamps had an outlet on them to plug in our phone chargers. Once we got home, we called to personally give our feedback to
