Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel & Conference Center

Amazing as always. They staff a very friendly and helpful. The bar inside the hotel is just perfect for those that don't want to be out and about like me. The complimentary breakfast is always very good and the area clean. I have stayed here several times over the years and always look forward to it. The pricing is comparable to the area and worth it for the service provided. I would recommend that anyone staying with Hilton join the rewards program, its free and comes with many benefits when you're having to stay at a hotel anyways. My only minor issue is the parking. I drive an F350 and it is not well suited for a vehicle like mine. I'm sure that more compact vehicles would not have any issues.

Positive: I have to say the first thing that got me hooked on embassy suites was they have like a real breakfast awesome breakfast made to order eggs a buffet line of yummy things. The biscuits and gravy are outstanding, but also the bar & happy hour are great! Negative: Nope! I think I could retire and live at an embassy suites.

Maddy at the Breakfast bar helped me find bowls where there were none, made an omelet for my brother and I, checked the back for syrup when I couldn't find it (they were out but that's to be expected because I showed up near the very end of the breakfast time) She also gave me a tray to bring the food up to the hotel room. She was very helpful, personable, talkative, and she asked what I was in town for. 10/10 amazing service, Thank you Maddy

I had a fantastic experience at the omelette bar in Embassy Suites Norman, thanks to Maddie! She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Maddie's skill in crafting the perfect omelette with fresh ingredients and delectable flavors truly impressed me. Her warm personality and dedication to excellent service made my breakfast memorable.
