Super 8 by Wyndham Normal Bloomington

Terrible Hotel! There were stains everywhere from the walls to the beds. Food and Boogers left on the walls. It stunk. The Microwave was rusty there was yellow stuff on the bottom of the fridge. Staff was not great. Friend broke out in hives after being in the hotel after 10 minutes from strong cleaning supplies, not knowing where they came from since it was absolutely nasty in there.

I stay in quite a few hotels, and this Super 8 is def Wyndham quality. Its priced right, not fancy, but the rooms are clean, bug free, with TV fridge and microwave. the best thing is, its quiet! comfy bed and quiet halls made a great nights sleep. and its close to.... everything.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Very old rooms need updating. Paint coming off the walls. Smells

This hotel is in a great location, but that's about all that can be said for it! DO NOT stay here if you are looking for a good nights sleep. The mattresses are horrible! We stayed in a room with two double beds and both of the mattresses were at least 30 years old, very uncomfortable and made terrible noises anytime one of us moved around. The bedding was probably the same age. Not good! We were booked for two nights, so before we left for our event to return that night, we asked the person working at the desk to check the mattresses and switch them out or give us a different room. Needless to say, nothing was done. There were many other things that weren't up to snuff, but a good nights sleep was the most important to us... which we didn't get.

Great stay for the price you pay! Rooms were big and clean with all the amenities you need! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would for sure stay again!
