Comfort Suites Normal University area

Positive: The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. Negative: No not at all no complaints.

I got to stay and at first it was fine but when I went to the bathroom I realized that the toilet was not well glued and moved a little more they told me that breakfast was until 10 so I went to have breakfast at 9 and to my surprise there was almost no food left and the cleaning staff was already picking up everything, so I took what I could and had breakfast, very uncomfortable because even though I got to have breakfast this person kept picking up so when I wanted to eat cereal or yogurt there was no more, I left the breakfast area at 9:18 and by that time there was nothing else for breakfast, they should say that breakfast is then until 9. Finally my check out was at 11 so when I returned to the room I arranged my things and slept for a while to be woken up at 10 by the cleaning staff

The staff were helpful and friendly. Had issues with our particular room and they were able to resolve the issue. The hotel was overall outdated and would become more competitive with surrounding hotels with some new paint and minor updates. Overall the used beds were clean and offered a decent night sleep. Appreciated the lack of weed smell that other hotels have had in the past and the quietness of the stay even though there were several high school students in for a competition.

A bit on the older side as you can see the age in the restroom the most. But nothing to discourage you from staying. I stayed one night and was 100% happy with my stay. The hot breakfast was fine. there was a good selection of different foods to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This Hotel was comfortable for us. We travel often. Clean, friendly staff. The Swimming Pool & area was clean. The type of stairs that were in the pool, prohibited me to be able to enter the pool. Not Senior Friendly at all.
