Super 8 by Wyndham Nashville West

Stayed here for about 8 days due to Nashville winter snowstorm 2026. Wonderful experience. The room was affordable, comfortable, basic and beyond accommodating. Janek Patel at the front desk was always helpful, smiling, friendly and patient. During our stay Janek managed to get rooms for me, my son and his wife, and my other son as well. We were all next to each other in what was a very difficult time. He showed kindness, compassion and did the best he could for us. In such a difficult time we were all safe, warm, and comfortable at a time when we (along with many others) had no power or water. If you have reasonable expectations for the price, need a basic room and enjoy friendly service ask for Janek Patel. I highly recommend 👌.

Guy at the check in was very nice. He said the rooms didn’t have coffee but we had our own Keurig pot with us so we didn’t mind. The beds were supposed to be Queen but were more like twin beds so my Husband and I slept in separate beds. They may have been very small but they were comfortable ! Overall for the price it wasn’t too bad we would stay there again.

Incredible stay at Super 8! The staff was wonderful with accessibility assistance, and the room was impeccably clean with beautiful modern upgrades. It's clear Wyndham is investing in quality. From the great room to the thoughtful follow-up emails, this was a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have stayed here many times when she has medical appointments close by. Unexpectedly we were denied service and told it was because of our late check out last visit. We did check out late but thought it was understood that it was medically necessary. My wife has a urostomy and her urostomy bag suddenly malfunctioned and she must shower and change bag to avoid infection. A urostomy is a recognized disability. She's very sensitive about this and told management she overslept when they called our room before 11 am. However she finally let me find housekeeping to explain our late checkout truthfully and they were nice and said they had a few rooms before ours. They were not even done with the rooms behind us. We thought this was explained to management because he was nice to us
