Super 8 by Wyndham Morgantown

Terrible hotel experience. The hallway to the room smelled horrific, the elevator had graffiti tags, the blankets in the room had stains on it. It was so bad me and my wife decided to leave after 5 minutes and told them we were not staying any longer. No refund was issued which was expected but also the did not refund my 100$ hold for incidentals which is very unprofessional and unacceptable I hope no one goes through this and chooses a better place

Positive: It was right off the highway...Easy in and easy out. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the same location. Negative: It smelled pretty bad, and it really needed to be updated. The bed was not comfortable at all, as you could feel the springs in your back. The tub water didn't drain fast enough, so you stood in standing water as you showered. My wife yelled at me.

Nice place for a quick stop over with a comfortable bed. Few cleanliness issues, but nothing major. Definitely no frills but decent. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. I attempted to cancel 2 weeks in advance, but they claimed that I missed the deadline by 2 hours. Attempts to speak with a manager were met with constant lies that the manager was not available. The property is dumpy.

I've been staying here for over a year, and it's always quiet, clean, and comfortable, with professional staff. I always choose this place whenever I'm in the area. The manager is super nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
