Super 8 by Wyndham Melbourne

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in January 2026. The place was spotless and incredibly quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing extra dehumidifiers to keep the hotel dry and cool. They even offered cleaning, towels, tissues, toilet paper, and new sheets during our eight-day stay. If the don’t disturb sign was up they waited and asked us in the hallway as we passed them. One of the best things about this hotel was that the staff didn’t ignore housekeeping like most do during a long stay. They even stopped by our room to ask if we needed anything. Booked the Super 8 for 3 nites on our way to spend xmas in Miami with our kids and grandkids. This is the most amazing super 8 ! Rooms are immaculately clean, beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is so awesome. I can't even begin to describe how loving the staff is. This place feels like home and your mom is there making sure you have Anything you need, great place, we will hate to leave tomorrow.

Stayed here the nights of Feb 15/16 and it was the nicest Super 8 I’ve ever stayed in. The room seemed new. Super comfy bed & linens. I was unfortunately sick with a severe migraine for both days and in bed so didn’t experience much of the hotel/staff/breakfast.

I want to personally thank Assistant Manager Kim at Super 8 by Wyndham for going above and beyond to fix a frustrating booking issue caused by Priceline. There was a discrepancy with my reservation that was completely out of the hotel’s control, yet Kim stepped in immediately with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Instead of passing the problem along, she took ownership of the situation and worked diligently to resolve it quickly and fairly. In an industry where customer service can sometimes feel transactional, Kim truly stands out. She remained calm, understanding, and solution-oriented the entire time.
