Super 8 by Wyndham Mansfield LA

Room clearly this was rather subpar as plastic silverware (used) left under the small dining table as well as the corner by the bed. Kitchenette was rather subpar as well as visible rust is all over the refrigerator. In my three nights stay the Wi-Fi has not worked once. Hotel staff is rather nice when I inquired about the Internet being down and all three times I brought this up to their attention. I was met with the same response will reset the routers.

Service was professional and helpful. Rooms are what you would expect for a budget hotel. Much better experience than at spark across the street as far as the service is concerned.

The front staff is extremely pleasant! I was greeted by name when I walked in for my reservation. Quiet stay! Mostly workers staying here, so no noise past a certain time. I was here visiting my husband who works away from home. Will stay again in the future.

This is not to really hurt this motel..but to hopefully let them beware and do something about the problem. I checked in late, the room was nice and cool when we arrived. I took the cushions off of the sofa for my family member to sleep. It was horrible. Food crumbs and the mattress looked like someone had peed on it. The free continental breakfast was not what I expected. Bread for toast, cereal, and waffles. No scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, and no fresh fruit. For what I was charged for the stay was not worth it. The front desk employees were very nice though. I hope this will bring some attention to what needs to be done for improvement.
