Terrible experience. Desk lady was rude. Found cockroaches in my room, and apparently my room wasn’t the only one. Overall price wasn’t bad 0/10 would not recommend.

When I got there and checked in, I received my key and went to my room. I tried to turn on the television and it wouldn’t work. I called the office and no answer. I walked back to the office and no one was in there. I used the phone provided in the lobby to call the office and could hear it ringing but no answer for 8 rings. I was furious, I started walking back to my room and saw the receptionist walking back into the back door to the office. I ran back into the office and spoke to the receptionist and explained. She came to the room and noticed the TV was disconnected so she was able to do so. But it took about 20 minutes to get it reconnected and working.

Do not stay at this place it is infested with cockroaches. They would not refund my money when I refused to stay there. Other reviews say likewise.

This place over charged me by 400.00, and they charged it a month after I stayed at this location, I stayed July 13th and did not get a charge until Aug 13th!!! I called to dispute my charges and was told the month had already closed out and they could not do anything about it, and if that is not bad enough the lady that works the front counter was possibly the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with. She would not provide me with her name hung up on me twice and told me she had no number for a manager or corporate. When I asked for her name she said why so you can call and tattle on me!!!! Employees like this need to be fired and not be employed for a customer service position!!!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau and anywhere else I can to make a complaint

Nice people and the insides of the rooms and very nice and the bed is comfortable, but there is no pool. Your not going to find a better place in the area especially for the price.
