Mansfield Inn

I got threatened to get cops called bc I wanted a refund when I went in that room it was dirty the floors turned my kids feet black the back room door knob was missing and they would t give me a mop or shit to at least try clean it while I stayed they keeper trying to tell me it was cleaned and inspected this morning like no babyyyy this ain’t clean to I asked for a different room they said they could t give me one so I asked for my money back and they couldn’t give me a refund.or a new room nothing complete trash hotel and trash service . I hope they get shut down

It was quite a few of us had rooms here. Also, all the other hotels were booked. I am from Mansfield and my family members were too. We came into town because of ill family member. I had stayed her before due to limited places to stay and wasn't quite as bad but was very bad this stay. We checked into the room. First thing we saw was mold in bathroom in sealings around room, on wall and in and around refrigerator. (I will attach photos later). The floor and bed was damp for some reason so I though it was moisture from air conditioner. so we had to make sure we close our luggage up tightly because everything was for some reason expose to moisture `` guess that explains the mold. My nephew and wife ask for clean sheets and was told by Spanish lady, "no clean sheet", the sheets loo

This was a last minute decision. So check in was quick. Once in room noticed the room was stale. Pillow cases were discolored, also roaches in the bathroom. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Easy check in, wonderful customer service, room was clean and comfortable. Price, quite reasonable.

My over all stay in the Mansfield Inn was very good . However their little Gym needs some work. The bike was the only thing that worked. The hotel should join any time fitness… Let the clients just go and work out in a really nice gym!
