Hwy 509 RV Park

⸻ Great place to stay, especially if you’re out here for work. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and only about 4 minutes from the local Walmart, which makes grabbing groceries or supplies really convenient. The park has a good washer and dryer setup, and everything is kept clean and in good working order. One of my favorite things is the payment system. They set up an account for you, and you can pay online just like any regular bill—super easy and hassle-free. Management here is outstanding. They’re very friendly, always helpful, and extremely responsive anytime you need something or have a question. Overall, this RV park has made my stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend it to anyone passing through or working in the area.

The nicest people you ever did meet !!!! We were driving back from Colorado pulling a 5th wheel and trailer when the truck broke. We were so lucky to find Hwy 509 R.V. Park. Big, long lots and spacious, just what we needed to offload the camper and trailer. I highly recommend to anyone passing through Mansfield to stop here if you need an overnight stop!! I really enjoyed staying at the campground. I have been here 7 months. The owner is a real nice person. She makes sure everything works as it should. And the guy that helps her is a great guy to. I will stay here if I am back in the area.

We love staying here. Great service & the many cameras make us feel safe with our grandchildren. It’s clean & quiet. Great place to stay for a night or a while or like us for long term. The online pay option is great as well, makes things easy and fast! This is our second long stay here and we couldn’t be more pleased with it. Jessica & James Lester

My husband and I rented a cabin and then a mobile home from 2021 to 2024 at the 509 RV Park. I loved staying there because they have security cameras, a clean washateria and the owners and manager really care about the people that live and stay here. I highly recommend this park. Our whole company has always stayed at this park when we have work in the area.
