Super 8 by Wyndham Junction City

I stayed here for a very long time, couple months. The reception guy was always nice and helpful, he accomodated most of my requests. The hotel is clean and cozy, the room is very big in comparison to other places nearby where I stayed. Initially I came here just for one month. However than I decided to stay longer while my command didn't allow me to get into barracks. And when my plan changed and I needed to deploy the hotel accomodated me and conveniently changed my booking dates with payment change. Price is very good btw also.

The overall cleanliness is not good. I can say the people who worked there were kind and helpful with questions, but overall it was really dirty and the hotel certainly could use an update. However for the cheap price It was about as what you would expect. They sprayed the outside of the hotel with water but it got under the door and on the carpet which made me nervous about that. I was happy for the hotel room so I could attend a conference so I don’t mean this out of hate 🙏🏼 but more to just inform you of the overall cleanliness there. They had good waffles, biscuits and gravy, and cereal. They also had coffee and juice!

This is NOT a Super 8! It’s changed to a private motel. If you’re expecting typical Super 8 standards you will be disappointed. The bathroom wasn’t super clean and breakfast wasn’t super either. The staff was helpful with our requests for extra towels and missing breakfast items so that deserves mention.

The service we received here was terrific. Very understanding and helpful staff whenever we had a problem. We were pleasantly surprised with how put together the rooms were (for not having very high expectations for a motel). While the amenities and the cleanliness was no 5-Star hotel we would definitely return for a quick, affordable stay.

WARNING!!! In this hotel there are bed bugs that bit me. Asked the employee to return me money for the room. Showed that there were bedbugs in bed. He said that in the morning the owner would help. Then slept in the car for 5 hours. In the morning, the owner said that it was not a bug although I showed him a video. Owner said he would not return the money. I do not recommend this hotel !!!
