Super 8 by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester Area

Absolutely terrible smell in the hotel hallways. When I parked and walked to the hotel, people were smoking weed right by the entrance. The hallways inside the hotel smelled awful. Like everyone was smoking weed in their rooms. The towels inside my room hand hair and skin all over them. My curtains had stains and boogers on them. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Would not recommend staying there.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 1 night and it was the worst night. We wanted a little get away and thought this would be cool. As soon as we walked into the room we got hit with cigarette smoke. We thought it’s fine and the we looked at the bed and there were stains everywhere we asked for new bed sheets and the quiet guy in the front said nothing…the heat in the room didn’t even work either…we were cold all night, it only blew ac air. They didn’t even have breakfast either. The shower was fine and water got warm and the tv had Disney and Netflix those were the only good things about that place and WE DIDNT EVEN GET OUT $50 DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!!!! We cleaned and made sure the room was clean…I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!

It advertised "breakfast included". There is no breakfast included except for coffee and that was not kept stocked with creamers or lids when I had gone down two mornings. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hotel was quiet despite a large number of guests. The breakfast was adequate. We were disappointed in two areas. 1) The toilet in our room ran virtually all the time if we didn’t lift the top and push the flapper down. We reported it to the front desk and nothing was done. 2) We requested our room be serviced, as required by their policy, on the night before. We came back the next evening to find it had not been cleaned. |Understanding that in this business, you get what you pay for, we’ll probably spend a little more the next time and not use this Super 8.

My husband and I stayed here on October 11th. When we got there the building smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with frebreeze. The guy at the front desk spoke so quietly we could barely hear what he was saying. When we walked into our room 151 it looked clean. We used the jacuzzi tub and it was very nice. But little did we know that room wasn't clean at all. When we got ready to get in bed for the night we discovered that the room was infested with bed bugs. We were able to trap one under a cup on the bed. We went up front and told the very quite man that the bedroom has lots of bed bugs. He acted like this was normal. He didn't seem alarmed at all. We told him that we wanted to speak to a manager but of course there wasn't one on site at the time. My husband and I packed up our thi
