RIT Inn & Conference Center

Stayed last night the staff was great. We grabbed something to eat at petals seems that the students from RIT work the place they were all super nice and efficient. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Over all a good place to stay. This is our 2ed ti.e here and both were very nice.tjank you for the hospitality.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Arrangements thru strong memorial hospital with ease. Room was comfortable and clean. Only thing was lighting that needs some improvement for us older people."Lynn" in the lounge was perfect in every way. She was very attentive and professional a plus in hotel business

It’s a pretty standard hotel. Nothing special, the rooms were okay. It was clean though so that’s huge! Front desk staff kind of seem miserable and the room rates are ridiculously high for a standard kind of no bells and whistles type of place. Ball rooms are gorgeous. No noise complaints, unfortunately elevators reeked of the devils lettuce which if you hate that smell as much as I do it’s an annoying but unfortunately that’s everywhere now. Wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again but was nice enough for what was needed.

This hotel was easy access to the thruway and offered a free shuttle to Strong Hospital. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced with large portions, and very friendly staff. Front desk check in was excellent with Shareem, who was extremely helpful and patient with a second party booking issue. Our room was extremely clean and very quiet, with easy access to the parking area. All the staff were very young, but went out of their way to make sure you enjoyed a good experience.
