Red Roof Inn Rochester - Henrietta

The hotel is a basic low cost hotel for the location. Room was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of extra floor space; the bathroom was small but functional. The biggest issue for me is that the room had no clothes hangers and none were available from the front desk. Fortunately, one of the housekeeping staff searched several vacant rooms and found 5 hangers for me. The facility is old and it showed: potholes in the parking area and the stairs looked old. The staff were professional and pleasant.||If you need to hang up some clothing, either bring your own hangers or stay elsewhere. I doubt I'll stay at any Red Roof Inn in the future.

I was very impressed with the facility. The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and perfect for louging and watching television which provided numerous options for viewing. Best of all, Antanisha at the front desk provided me with extraordinary customer and she deserves to be recognized for going "above and beyond" to provide me with superior customer service. I will recommend Red Roof Inn to all my family and friends. Also, the rates are heavily discounted and will fit in everyone's budget looking for a warm and friendly accommodation. I will surely be staying there for all my future travels. Mike

Positive: "" Negative: The toilet would not flush completely, for the duration of our overnight stay. The room smelled like smoke that was masked with air freshener. There was even a cigarette burn mark (and stains) on the comforter.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at Red Roof Inn Rochester - Henrietta. Unfortunately, the condition of the property and the level of service we received were unacceptable. Our room was visibly dirty, with stains on the bedding and what appeared to be blood on the walls, stains in the bathroom and holes in the wall. During our stay, we only observed a staff member who appeared to be housekeeping once, and our room was never cleaned. Additionally, when my husband went to the front desk to request tissue, the employee on duty directed him to retrieve it himself from a laundry room that appeared to be designated for staff use only. This was both unprofessional and concerning. The overall condition of the property was unsanitary and poorly maintained.

I had an issue with an Airbnb and I needed a place to stay add Christmas time. To be honest I stay at the Red roof inn this particular location because it is clean and the people who run it are very nice. I have never had a problem staying there. I want to go back to Rochester I will choose Red roof inn also. The big thing that I like is that it's not an indoor you have to take elevators to get to your room. I can park my car right at the door and go in like it's an apartment or a home. I didn't have a noise problem and people were very helpful.
