Super 8 by Wyndham Cottonwood

Positive: Nothing Negative: The bed mattress was like a rock.Had a bad odor to ithe lamps and the chairs were oupdated.I would not recommend this place

Room 222 AC not working, dont stay in this room. Parking is not a problem easy access. There's only 1 ice machine available and its located in the lobby.

Wyndham service is as bad as the hotel cleanliness and breakfasts. I used Wyndham's system to make a reservation, when I got the email it was the wrong date. Within 90 minutes, I selected the email's "Modify" button and received a reservation for the correct date and received a confirmation email with the correct date. Wyndham charged me for both the wrong date and the right date. When I called the Wyndham Corporate said the only thing I could do was call the hotel even though it was a Wyndham Reservation System problem. I called the hotel and they would not help.

Seriously the nicest staff and rooms are so comfy . I've been to a few places this last 2 months and I'm happiest here so far. 💯% 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way. Jacuzzi is closed unfortunately though ((

Well, I made another mistake staying at the Super * Motel/Hotel here at the Cottonwood location at 800 Main St, AZ.. I had the expectation that the stay would be peaceful, quiet and restful for my stay. Yet it was not... the motel included entertainment for my stay. You ask what that may be... Well I'll tell you very noisy customers stay on the second story. I've reached out to Wyndham Customer Service to address this matter. All Wyndham said was that they're giving the management/owner the opportunity to address this matter before they get involved. Wyndham rep said a week is needed to give the management/owner this time to resolve it. Now it's been 13 days since the end of my stay. It's been over a week for the management to do the right thing.
