Super 8 by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

It's the cheapest one we could find in the area and it's definitely a place to stay if you need it, nothing special nothing terrible either. The main thing I dislike is the lack of fridge and microwave in the rooms. They have a microwave in the lobby. And an ice machine. But no fridge anywhere so I had to bring a cooler and use the free ice which got annoying fast. It's pretty small but I haven't been to many hotels and it served it's purpose, I felt safe and I liked the bed, the shower is good, nice lighting in the room. Overall I give it an "okay" rating. And they did Christmas decorations too which was nice. The night manager is really kind/helpful.

The room was tidy and fresh, the staff polite, and the location was convenient to all popular landmarks. Fantastic service from the front desk staff, a remarkably comfortable bed, and an extremely clean bathroom. My stay at the Super 8 Motel was quite pleasant, particularly due to the friendliness of the front desk Managers both Cece and Liz you two wonderful beautiful intelligent women do exactly what is expected and your staff are friendly, polite, and very well trained in their roles. The room was bright and clean. Listen up people any negative review on here is more likely a hater the truth is the staff at the reception were very helpful, answering all our questions efficiently the rooms are in standards if there is an issue like a missing amenity they discount you for the inconvenien

this hotel was disgusting. There was probably about 30-40 burn holes in each blanket, burn marks on the furniture, a really dingy smell, no toilet paper, towels were not clean, and if I’m being honest the worst thing about it was the random hairs in the sheets and shower curtain. Over the course of a week that we have to stay here because they wouldn’t refund us I found probably about 20 random hairs in our blanket and in the shower curtain. The toilet seat was also stained and the curtains somehow had burn holes or maybe peep holes in them? Not sure but it was gross. The people that stay here seem to be very comfortable like they maybe live in the motel, the people down stairs from us had people coming to their window to buy drvgs from them, guy across from us told the worker he had a bun

Absolute worse motel I’ve ever stayed in, was there for 5 days and not once did i get new towels, any toilet paper refilled. The room was full of a variety of different hairs, long hairs, short hairs, it was just gross overall. I would advise not to stay here unless you have absolutely no choice. Will be contacting the better business bureau.

Maria at the front desk is useless. All she can say is sorry closed or I dont know. How do you not know your manager name. Why is it everyone else can help me but she is absolutely useless. She sits on her phone and just repeats i dont know. I asked for a bowl and she tells me that breakfast is closed at 11 at night. I just needed a bowl. I was told to go buy one. Customer service is perfect outside of one person. She needs trained on how to help the people staying at the hotel. Or maybe move to a job that requires less knowing
