The price was good. The location was okay. We were without water for a weekend at our apartment, so we needed a place to clean up. I wasn't going for luxury, and luxury could not be expected. The continental breakfast was very basic and limited. No hot products at all. Again, hot continental breakfast is a luxury, and this is not a luxury motel. There were insects in our room I had to remove, and they kept getting in pretty easily despite keeping the external door shut. Shower water drained more slowly than it filled. I will say, the cleaning lady was fabulous! The beds were comfortable, and there was a mini fridge, microwave, and flat screen TV with lots of channel variety to add comfort. Clean. Warm. Comfortable. Convenient. It's not a resort. It's a comfortable and clean hotel. Decent night stay. No complaints. Recommend it.

Positive: It was in a good location Negative: Husband and I got this hotel with my 2 service dogs. I Never had a bad room but I'm sure it was cuz I have service dogs they gave us a room with 2 double beds, couldn't sleep in the same bed, woke up to find a roach in the tub. I left 4 days early.

I would like to say, I always look for the positive in every situation. The positive about this place, I had a roof over my head. Thats it. After waiting for more than 30 minutes in the Lobby, which was filthy, im shocked anyone would eat here, I had to walk back outside and ring the bell by the window to get checked in. The lady who was working was rude, and obviously I was a huge inconvenience. Got to our room....... folks, this place was FILTHY. Im no snob, I've stayed in some shady places. This was another level. Ive included some photos. The microwave was nasty, now the did wipe the microwave plate off, with FURITURE POLISH! first we smelled the burning lemon smell, but the taste on our food was what made us sick. There were bedbugs first and foremost. Need I say more? There were holes in the top blanket. The carpet was dirty and it smelt disgusting, They also judge based on looks. My sister stays there on occasion or used to they do not, and have not ever charged her a fee. They tried to charge me down deposit when I got there because one of my front teeth are missing so they assumed that I was going to be smoking heroin or something in the room. ( I made my sister come up there and talk to them because as I’ve said, they do not charge her a deposit ) And then they didn’t charge me one, but I woke up the next day with a bedbug in my hoodie that I slept in, I left it there in the garbage along with anything else I brought inside of that room!!!
