Holiday Inn Express & Suites Knoxville-Clinton by IHG

We had to spend the night due to the giant snow and ice storm. We arrived around 6pm and was greeted with a nice clean room with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was alright, considering lots of stores and places were empty or closed due to snow, so we were glad to have a warm breakfast. The only bad thing was that there was a weird smell in the elevators. It wasn't anything I could think of to describe it, but it smelled unlike any other elevator I've smelled. Other than that, it was an amazing stop with plenty of fast food options nearby.

We were most impressed that this hotel offers 2 king beds and a sleeper sofa. It was perfect for our family size. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast far surpasses any other continental hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The woman who runs it takes great pride in the food preparation. She even uses her father’s biscuit recipe!! You can certainly taste the difference. Will 100% stay here again!!!

My husband and I were passing through for the night and we stayed here. I needed a handicap room, and they had an excellent room, A very large room with two king beds, roll in shower, frig, micro, all you needed. The room was very clean. They recommended the restaurant next door which had good food. A strip mall was across the road with Walmart, Dollar Tree to get anything you forgot to pack. Great helpful staff that helped with all your needs. Close to the intestate going to Kentucky. I would stay here again.

i was passing through the area, when a huge snowstorm blew through. my squatted straight piped pickup truck stopped working in the snow, and i was worried that my decal stickers and LED tire rim lights would break. so i parked at this hotel and decided to spend the night. turns out i had to spend more than just the night, i spent a WEEK cooped up in there waiting for the blizzard to pass. over the week that i spent in holiday inn, i got to know the staff really well. we played board games, and i ended up getting engaged to the woman who worked at the front desk. im going to get married to her soon, we plan to get married at the holiday in. can't wait for the wedding, will update.

Excellent place to stay the night when traveling on I-75! Super easy check-in and out, the room key cards are tap-and-enter, eliminating the problems with card readers. Our room was spotless, the entire hotel was clean, open & welcoming, and smelled rather like fresh-baked cookies. There's a little business center, and a quite expansive breakfast buffet for guests in the morning - my mom made herself an omlet sandwich. The room had a refrigerator larger than the usual mini-fridge, and kept our perishable food nice and cold. There's also a microwave and a Keurig with both regular & decaf coffee pods. The beds had extremely comfortable, high soft mattresses, soft sheets and blankets and four big, soft pillows - perfect for getting a good night's sleep. Also, for guests with mobility issues o
