Baymont by Wyndham Clinton

I booked this room in February. My daughter was graduating in may and I wanted to be close to her school. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the front desk ladies Jessica and Brenda are so helpful and friendly. I would have went to a different hotel but everything was booked. First of all I had only two towels and one wash rag. I was staying 5 nights. On the second day I stopped the housekeeper to give my dirty towel and rag to get clean ones. He stated that he did not have to clean my room or replace towels during my stay. He wouldn’t even take my dirty ones. I had to take them to the front desk every time I need new ones. Same goes for toilet paper and you couldn’t even put the toilet paper in the holder on the sink because it would fall off. The TV did not work. The mess

We’re on our way to Gatlinburg and need a room to stay for the night so we took our chances and our surprise. The room is very nice. It’s extremely large. It has a Jacuzzi in it so pretty updated and fresh. Yeah there are a couple little images in the carpet. The air-conditioning work great the heat works. Great furniture is nice. The bed is extremely nice. Overall the only reason I didn’t give it. A five star is because of the water noise when somebody below us I guess is running their hot tub or bathroom. The noise is extremely loud and of course they were filling their hot tub at 2 AM and woke us up and kept us up for over an hour. But I’m sure when we ran ours. It did the same thing. We just didn’t do it at 2 AM we did it at 8 o’clock at night. A location is roughly in line with all f

Nice quiet stay. Rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful. The location was great, several places to eat and anything you might need was within minutes of the hotel. Tori was working at the front desk and she was so kind and welcoming. Would recommend this hotel and will stay again when I am in the area.

The hotel itself probably deserves two stars. There was a constant drip in the hall, the fitness center is being removed, the bathroom vent didn't work so showers made the whole room humid, and the air conditioning in our room could adequately cool the room in October! The sheets were also stained and frayed. But I gave it four stars because the service was top notch in spite of the physical limitations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our large family with several young children. I'd probably return if I need a night in the area because, at that price point, we got good enough value. Most importantly, we felt safe.
