Super 8 by Wyndham Cleveland

Three words come to mind when I think of Super 8 by Wyndham Cleveland, "Nasty, Disgusting, and Dirty". Roaches everywhere, the hallway, the ceiling, the room, name it! A roach is there! Rooms smell like cigarettes. Cigarette burn holes in sheets, mattress, and pillows. They have the audacity to charge $100 a night. Will never be staying here again.

The only reason this has a star was the phenomenal employee that helped my husband and I during our stay. Upon entering the room, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. There were burn holes in the bedding, curtains, and furniture despite having a "no smoking" sign on the door. The upstairs hallway was dirty and people came and went all night and were slamming doors and yelling. The bed had old sheets that were stained, the carpet was sticky, and the bathroom toilet was somewhat broken. The A/C worked but was extremely loud. We were supposed to stay another night, but there was absolutely no way. The kind receptionist refunded us for the second night. If you have any other options, use them.

Positive: AC worked great, bed was comfortable. Negative: 2 ice machines didn't work, room on 2nd floor with no elevator which isn't easy for seniors toting luggage, no offer of help from clerk, the key cards didn't work so another round of stairs, then called to get the clerk to come change TV to English

I had a great stay at Super 8! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get to nearby attractions. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch to start the day. Overall, it’s a good value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was nice and they checked me in fast. Location was perfect for Cleveland. The rooms were very clean and nice. Only problem I had is the air kept going in and out every 20-30 minutes and I get hot really fast. Other than that I am very happy with everything else. For breakfast they had cereal and waffles and juices and coffee. Perfect for continental breakfast.
