Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga/East Ridge

Rooms are not very clean, the man at the front counter does not speak or understand English very well, no working ice machine, weird thumping sounds has been going on now for 3 days? Room needs swept and mopped. best thing about this place.... Whataburger is right next door!!!

Horrible hotel. Mold throughout bathroom, ceiling coming down in bathroom and paint coming off the door. Faucet in the room leaking. Non-smoking room, smelt like cigarettes. Paint in various places missing/ coming off. No water pressure to take showers. Beds are uncomfortable. Floors are dirty, which you can tell after walking on them and looking at your feet. Only positive, they have excellent customer service in person.

Positive: Last minute rooms available Negative: The room was disgustingly reeked of smoke. Cigarette burns in the blankets, stains dripping down the door, half of the outlets did not work.

This is a sorry hotel. I booked a hotwire special and I picked hotel chooses room. They gave my a roll in shower handicap smoking room. This room was horrible. Burns in all the sheets, the chair was dirty like people splattered stuff on them but they didn't wipe them off. The door lock was busted I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Went down for breakfast at 8am. There was nothing breakfast at all! Only orange juice. Online it states breakfast included. Also, check in was terrible! She tried to tell me I had no reservation. This was after 11 pm. I was exhausted. Finally she found my reservation and blamed it on another staff member.
