Super 8 by Wyndham Amsterdam

Although in a very remote location, I was surprised at how clean this hotel was. Immaculate linens, didn’t smell like smoke and very quiet. The breakfast wasn’t great, juice machine was broken, but still impeccably clean. Easy check in with friendly staff. You could tell used what they were provided to give good service. My only complaint is I was there a week ago and have yet to receive my deposit back. It was a hefty one, in my opinion,and was told 3 days so that’s a bit annoying. Other than that, def recommend for a short stay.

Im a truck driver so the first thing that i liked was that they had room for truck parking, the hotel was nice and i could tell it was nicely renovated, rooms were clean and everything in the room worked good. (Heater,A/C,TV, lights with the plugs so you could charge your phone next to the bed) Highly recommend

A convenient stop just off I-90—great for a quick night’s rest. Rooms are clean and basic, with friendly service. Limited breakfast, but good value overall. Don’t miss the nearby river walk at the Amsterdam Bridge for a relaxing stroll.

When we arrived at the hotel it was under construction. The entire first floor windows were only covered with plastic. That would allow anyone to come in through the window at any time & have access to the entire facility. |Also the gentleman there was not helpful, and couldn’t understand why we didn’t feel it was safe & didn’t want to stay there. |Stay away!!

After looking over others reviews I am unfortunate to not share the same opinions as others. I recently stood here for about a week and was very disappointed. My room was entirely dirty in every single way imaginable, I feel as though I was given a room that was not cleaned. The bedding was not cleaned, The bathroom was dirty as well as the shower and shower lining. There was this weird dried up red gel in places all over the room. I saw stains all over the table, desk and nightstand areas. My ice bucket had hair in it, this just made me sick to my stomach, as a big chain I expect better. -- As you would imagine I complained to the front desk to which my problems were not heard I was just told we will clean it, to which they did however I heard bad things from an employee about the staff
