It definitely needs repairs and maintenance. Some rooms are not in service and others are occupied with long term tenants.
Great place to stay. Owner is fantastic!! I go there whenever I'm in town.
Because they didn't have the money or time to fix the rooms or clean up outside. Looks like a dump.
