Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Amsterdam

Stayed a couple weeks ago on the way back to CT from Syracuse. Very clean and nice inside. Friendly service at check-in, which was late (around 10:00 pm). It has a very nice lounge area with a fireplace and TV if you want to relax, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access to I-90, but not so close that you hear highway traffic all night. Very good accommodations for the price.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, also. We stayed on a Saturday night. The desk clerk, Lisa, was wonderful! She was entertaining and funny. She certainly made our stay more fun than we anticipated. Just one note, the in room coffee isn't great. It is much better from the lobby and available 24/7.

Good evening. This was truly one of the best vacations I have experienced in the last 21 years. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking and added so much to the overall experience. Every day felt special because of the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.

I’m giving this stay 3 stars because while the room itself was great and the location was very convenient, the customer service experience was disappointing. The room was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. I also liked the location, which made it easy to get around. Those were definitely the highlights of my stay. However, I am a loyal Wyndham customer, and I honestly expected to be treated better. So much for loyalty. Before arrival, I requested a room above the first floor, but at check-in I was told the hotel was fully booked and that it wasn’t possible. The parking lot was almost empty, so that explanation didn’t feel convincing. When I tried to extend my stay, I was given the runaround. I was told to call early in the morning. I did, and then I was told to call again at 1

Great customer service, nice Breakfast with all day complimentary coffee, tea & hot water. Room with Shampoo, Conditioner & shower Gel, Guest room very clean. Will definitely come back again for my next mining trip. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍
