Super 6 Inn & Suites - Pensacola

Horrible ! No pillow cases butn holes in comfort or! TV didn't work immediately told front desk said they would handle it never heard from them till today I went down and same woman I told called me a liar I didn't say nothing to her ! I'm usually easy going but we are staying cause my dad had emergency surgery and I need him relaxed! That is sad ! Can't talk to the manager ! But I see them checking family and friends in I sit and watch ! That's where there priorities aren't! Also bathroom not clean burns everywhere ! TV didn't work hole time ! Yall should be shut down! Treating us like we homeless Talking down on me I'm not.puttinh up with it ! I'm not racist ! I have mixed kids ! But these people have made sure to accommodate there folks !! Seen it with my own eyes so I believe they are

Great place to relax away from the other busy hotels in the area being the very last hotel on the road you don't have any issues like the other hotels with unwanted people hanging around management does a great job in keeping the bs out of the hotel and keeping it quiet I have taken a friend to the hotel several times in the past and have never seen anything going on like I do with other hotels

The most disgusting hotel in existence! I am an actual paying client and have receipts and photos to prove it. I’m not sure how this place is still in business. The first room I went to had stains in the tub so I went to the lobby and requested a different room . The next room I went to was even worse and had the same stains in the bathroom. (Please see attached photos). There are also roaches and bed bugs , the microwave and fridge are disgusting . The floor boards are held together by black duct tape. I could not stay there more than 3 hours and packed my things and left. I went to the front office to ask for a refund and the employee was in the middle of braiding a clients hair and said that they can’t give me a refund . The General Manager is Mahendra Patel. This place is a dump. The rooms are filthy, the sheets are nasty and stained, and there are dead roaches everywhere. It's good to know the exterminator is doing their job, but the owner of this dump should be ashamed.

Would love to hear from Owner/Manager Extremely upset, I stayed a week here and spent $400! Blood on floor! Don't stay here! Had staff enter room at 2am. When I confronted the front desk they were aggressive and told me that never happened!?! Morning front desk agent is super disrespectful, i asked to switch rooms when AC didn't work and they put me in a room with no cable. Staff is always sitting down in lobby and you have to wait at the window. I asked for towels and agent replied with "where are your other towels" and said nothing else, I assumed the cleaning staff picked them up. Lots of staff stays in rooms here.
