This is a business handed down & kept/operated by the youngest generation. Very nice spaces and rates! The neighbors in the park are well mannered and keep their sites nice.

I stayed here for 3 1/2 months. Mike owns and runs this place. He is very easy to talk with. Sometimes hard to get a hold of because he is busy with this place. Just keep trying. This was a quiet place, most people are friendly and wave. There is a bathroom facility with shower and laundry room. Each lot has water, sewer hook up and paved pads. I highly recommend to stay here.

The land lord very bad guy. He also ignorant. I paying full month, I stayed only 10 days, he will never gave me my money back i will never refer his place for no one. This thing to me stealing people money. Please guys don't trust this ignorant.

We've been here a little over a month and love it. The owner is very friendly and his grandpa is a sweetheart. Laundry room is small but it works. The place is clean. Our neighbors have been very friendly. Overall it's a great place for us.

It was a quiet wooded area lots of campers seem to live here full-time most everything was okay except the maintenance the shower rooms and bathrooms left a lot to be desired. They were pretty dirty and no toilet paper available. Pricing was pretty good
