Sunset Tower Hotel

Always beyond perfect. Regardless of price, one of the best hotels in the country in my opinion. The hotel itself, the rooms, the style, the service, the amenities, the bars and restaurants, and the overall vibe are difficult to describe without experiencing it firsthand. To say that Ness (the Guest Experience Manager) is a delight to deal with is a vast understatement. He is unbelievably accommodating and truly concerned about your experience. And his communication protocol before you even arrive is on another level. Barbara (Food & Beverage Manager) is impossible to walk past without stopping (even if you're not dining!) to chat with because she's so delightful. The Chateau was full due to the Grammys, so we checked in across the street—what a lucky find! Very personable yet stylish, with a great balance of renovation and preservation. Excellent mixology, and an even better breakfast (served until 11). Valet parking was seamless, and the pool was perfect. We’ll definitely be back ASAP.

Iconic hotel. Incredible service. Makes you feel at home. So much history. The restaurant is fantastic and they were able to accommodate a last minute reservation for me and my friends. Also the most comfortable Ed and robe. Trees chic!

Haven’t been here in a couple of years but this stay is my favorite one so far. I got upgraded to a suite with of a view of DTLA in the distance. Most of the same staff from ages ago is still here and they were so gracious to see me and my crew.
