Montrose at Beverly Hills

I had a great one-night stay at the Montrose Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant was perfect for a quick bite and excellent coffee. The front desk team really stood out. There was a power outage affecting the entire block during my stay, and despite it being completely outside of their control, the staff handled it incredibly well. They were organized, prepared, and communicated clearly throughout the situation, which made an unpredictable circumstance feel safe. Overall, this hotel offers great value and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Positive: The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful -everyone! Negative: Our 2nd time here-- I don't like that we again had to ask for a Keurig --and the refriig is filled with the honor bar stuff--even though the room is adver with both. Only do a room clean when asked, so you have to ask for compl. water and coffee pods.

Great boutique hotel with incredibly nice large rooms. All the staff were incredible and makes this hotel the place to stay for a weekend or a full week worth of time. Have already recommended it to family members as we were so impressed with all the hospitality and perks. |Joshua is the man and really make this hotel have a friendly welcoming environment. Can’t say enough about how nice everyone here is and I am thoroughly impressed. |Definitely will stay here again.

Our stay at the Montrose was great. This was my second time staying there, and we plan to stay again when we're in the area. Highlights include: great location, stylish rooms, comfortable beds, easy and delicious room service, and fantastic staff who always go above and beyond, especially David on of the valets and Austin the GM.

Our experience at the Montrose was very nice. The room was very large, with a seating area separate from the bedroom area. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not intrusive, which I always appreciate. I also appreciated that we were allowed to check in early. We did not take advantage of the wine happy hour or the coffee that was available all day, but both are a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I was in the area.
