AKA West Hollywood

When I first arrived at the hotel, I met the receptionist Dani. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and had such great energy. Dani always lifted the mood whenever I passed by the reception, which really added to my overall stay.||The rooms are nice, spacious, and very clean. The lighting in the room is quite dark, even with all the lights on. It creates a cozy atmosphere, but it might not be everyone’s preference.|I didn’t hear any outside noise from the room, except for occasional loud sirens. ||The hotel is conveniently located close to supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and the Beverly Center.||Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this AKA property. The rooms are spacious well fitted and includes everything you would want. It is very well maintained and the rooms are cleaned at a very high standard. The entire staff was eager to assist and make our stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this property for anyone considering a long stay in LA.

It's a huge accomodations but an odd one. Not enough bedroom light, you get in the dark, and cannot read anything in the room. The frontdesk says it cannot provide extra bed lights. Its hard to find the garage, no clear guidance in the email for parking directions. No independent ambient temperature controls. It appears to be cozy but it's cold. It's an odd place for vacations stay. Almost forgot, kudos for vallet and maintainance guys. They are very kind and efficient.

My stay with AKA West Hollywood was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the reception desk so sweet and stored our luggage when we were in a rush and placed our suitcases in our room. When they say 24/7 service they mean it. Anything we had delievered during our stay was brought to us and that alone was worth the stay. The amenities at the AKA were perfection and I am so mad I that I didn't use the cinema during our stay it looked so cozy. We spent almost everday at the pool, my boyfriend was in the gym every morning! The location is perfect and so close so many delicious restaurants and shopping! Our room was so nice, the bed was so comfy and we had so much space for activity. I am in LA all the time and the AKA will be where I stay everytime. It really felt like my home away

Very friendly front desk. The staff is very friendly and easy to communicate via text message. They always try to have me early check in and have a great room selection. I loved my last room. Thank you for a wonderful stay and until next time, Holger
