Sunset Manor Motel

This is one nasty filthy trifling disgusting establishment. Chesapeake Health Department need to come in and and evaluate this establishment because it's not being managed right. That disgusting woman that work at front that take your money and then want to be ugly towards you because she is miserable with her life. She hate seeing pretty woman's coming here. This place is a disaster to whoever stay here. I sure didn't. I went and got my money back the same night after she gave me another room that was no better than the first one she rented to me. I'm not use to living in fifth. And I'm sure use to being warm. Her heaters in the rooms don't even work no hot water. Rooms need major work done. I repeat stay far away from this place. None of her rooms should be able to be rented out. Come on

The rooms stink. They don't get aired out and the A/C units obviously aren't turned on unless some fool rents a room. They could get better mattresses, pillows, towels, chairs, tables and lamps from the thrift store...but they obviously won't. The outlets, fixtures and hardware are from the 1960s, but it's not retro. It's just shabby. The only positive things I can say about this sh*thole is that the hot water and the A/C actually work. After seeing the room, it was actually a nice surprise. To top it all off, you reserve the room on line with a credit card, but they only take cash.

Nasty, owners are rude and wants to take your receipt tickets on what you did pay and make you pay more for what the price is, owners put their fingers in your face and also denied a service dog! Also terrible roaches and no fire alarms in any rooms. Owners keeps a dog off a leash with a shock collar on

Very rude on the phone. They do not take care of their customers like they should.
