Roaches I seen and they also have bedbugs . Me and my bf was itching and and seen the bedbugs crawling in the bed.. I caught them in this cup it's so many I seen besides the ones I caught and put in a cup tho show the front desk they have roaches and bedbugs . Please be aware of this place the don't clean the rooms properly carpet is dirty and gross . Shower curtain is dirty got Stains on them and the part holding the shower curtain is lose and broken as well ..

We had been driving for hours was tired and just wanted a shower and sleep. My granddaughter went to get in shower and came right back out, screaming their was roaches in the tub, I turned all the lights on and they were everywhere, we grabbed our belongings, and walked out. We were seriously in the room maybe 10 minutes. Went to the office asked for a refund told them about the bugs. She went to the room and asked if I would like a different room. I stated no. She said well there is a towel on the floor and blanket pulled back on bed so we had USED the room. And only gave me 40% of my money back. At this point we just wanted out of there. Very nasty dirty place with nasty owners.

The rooms were very dirty nowhere to hang towels I always make sure my room is clean when I leave when I mentioned to the housekeeper she shouldn't have much to do the housekeeper looks and said yes there is because there was pets in the room the bedspreads smelt worse than my dogs

I wouldn't let my dog stay here. Dirty, black mold in the bathroom, along with a hole in the ceiling, didn't look like bathtub had been cleaned in years and you could tell the bed had just been covered over from the last poor person that stayed. The person at the front desk was pleasant but didn't understand when I said the room was dirty. Location right off the freeway quick on and off the Freeway.

Front desk Lady was nice at first, we had two rooms, one of the two rooms (3rd floor) had BUGS. We didn’t stay. When we went to tell the lady working, she kept repeating “we have no bugs” I told her we seen some and she should come look, and she just kept saying “we don’t have bugs.” We tried to show her video evidence of the bugs and she ran away. That along with a terrible smell and unclean bath. The fridge also didn’t work. Don’t go here. If I could give negative stars I would!
