Old route 66 RV park

This park is not worth $35.00. The site was all weeds through gravel, and not even close to level. No office, no staff to help register. All electric posts and water spigots locked. You have to call for a code but that direction isn’t listed on the self check in box. No showers and it is really loud due to street noise!!!

Good spot to park for the night had 50 amp power and water at site 7. Have a RV dump. Other sites had full hookup's. We are selfcontaned so i can't report on the other facilities. Owner was very helpful. Would recommend it. This is not a KOA, but for 35 to 40.00 a night it has my vote we just need a safe place to park while traveling. This place checks all the boxes.

Quiet considering it's close to the hwy. Well maintained older Park. Good water pressure. No WI fi. Good OTA reception. Honor system for space payment.

Nothing fancy and no bathrooms or other amenities but good price. Owner / Manager wears his Korean War and Vietnam cap. He is proud of his new 400 foot deep well and the water tastes great but not much water pressure. For showers we turned on the freshwater pump so we are actually using our own tank water. No sewer connections so needed to haul wastewater in a tote. On the freeway so some road noise, but convenient being on the freeway. Like most campgrounds today this Campground is mostly full time residents. He still has room for campers passing through and it is a fine enough overnight stop.

If you're looking for a quiet place this is not it. They have functions with loud music some weekends No playground for children it is close to Rolla with several eating establishments.
