Three Springs RV Park

Excellent park the monthly rate can't be beat.|Sue, the park manager is awesome very friendly and very helpful. |Our cats were able to roam and came back to camper. There is a listing for RV repair we needed our furnace worked on spendy but Matt the service technician knew what to do. Overall the park is one we will come back to. Location is only approximately 16 miles from Rolla Missouri or Licking Missouri. Oh yah there's a laundry right on the grounds. |We're here until around the 1st or 2nd of February. |So give Sue a call when you need to stay near Edgar Springs Missouri. |Safe travels

Loved it here! The bathrooms and laundry room were clean. It was quiet and relaxing. Sue was kind, and very hospitable. She keeps the grounds kept very nice. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Nicely maintained and quiet RV park. Cheap monthly prices and a great manager. Sue took care of our reservation immediately and set up a picnic table under the shade near our RV. The property has blackberries and vegetation that can be picked when ripe as well as a recently planted orchard. If you want an out of the way place that's surrounded by nature and fits your budget, this is it!!! Love this place!!

I have stayed in many campgrounds over the last 20 years. 3 Springs RV Park has not only been the most convenient, but also the quietest. As I travel for work the long days have been met with peace and quiet in the evenings. The campground host made sure there was zero nonsense, along with a relaxing stay. Price is very affordable. I would recommend this park to anyone. Spacious and clean! Thanks 3 Springs (Miss Sue). I will be back when in the area.

We stayed in our 5th wheel at Three Springs for about 6 weeks. The rv space was a graveled pull-through spot that was easily accessible. It is a quiet park; just off the highway so you can hear the traffic but it's not a problem. I know some have mentioned the noise but being close to the highway is a plus for coming and going. The park is clean and mowed often. The restrooms and laundry are cleaned regularly. Washing and drying clothes is reasonable at $1.75 per load. Sue is a great person and manager!! She is generally around the park during the day and if not is available via phone. She is always busy keeping things nice. We will definitely stay anytime we are in the area. You won't find a better park or price anywhere in the area!!
