NEW NAME: SUNSET BEACH REALTY LLC EFFICIENCY ROOMS FOR RENT. NO SERVICE. A perfect location for food, shopping, entertainment. Many healthcare services in the area. A beautiful view of the lake, boating, fishing, and swimming.

It's not even really a motel. People pay monthly rent there, in cash, with no leases, and no receipts. The "landlady" is nothing but a slumlord. The single bed rooms have loose outlets with major electrical issues. The hot water is iffy at best. There's no wifi, no security cameras, no kitchens, no closets. Every sink has some problem whether it's clogging or a dripping faucet. The air conditioners have mold. And the most atrocious, unbelievable thing, bedbugs and roaches!

Not sure where to start. I was looking for a place for a family member and as I was traveling down Hwy 27 something told me to stop in and ask some questions. Debbie was on duty at the time she was very kind and helpful. She told me to come back in the morning and talk to Regina so I did. I can’t express enough what a exceptional wonderful caring and helpful person she is. Your company is very lucky to have such a person working for you. Regina is definitely one of a kind. I was lucky enough also to meet Ricky the maintenance man and the housekeeper I didn’t get her name. Can’t stress enough what a wonderful caring staff you have working for you. I would Highly recommend this motel to everyone looking for a place to stay in the Sebring area Can’t thank Regina enough. She truly is the best

my friend who is 69 years old that is diabertic, and his house just burnt down and he lost everything that he owned. he was paying month to month for a room that was outdated, filthy, no microwave or tv that worked. He found bugs of different kinds in his room. i do not recommend this hotel to anybody. it should actually be shut down. the worst part of his stay was the manager of the place. she was very unprofessional. she evicted my friend because she thought he had too much traffic. what she didnt know was he had all 5 toes cut off a month prior and they were different nurses coming. the last day when we were packing the manager actually used her key and entered his room without knocking. she had to know he was there he has 2 vehicles and they were both outfront.

Husband and I made reservations to stay here for the race at Sebring this year. I was quoted a price of $175/night and it had to be paid in full before we got there, and no refunds allowed. When we arrived, I saw why. Rooms had not been changed at all since the 1950's or 1960's when this place was built. Although it sits beside the lake which was beautiful, you couldn't see it from our room. Our room looks like those rooms on tv where people go to kill themselves. One room had what looked to be original furniture, a tube tv from the 80's, and ORIGINAL BATHROOM FIXTURES. The toilet seat was peeling and was very small, and the tub was very small also. The toilet overflowed and the owner/manager had to come over herself and clean it up because she had just fired the maintenance crew t
