Sunseekers Resort in Charlotte Fla

A beautiful facility but looks are not everything. They are so understaffed that there is no service. Long waits for empty restaurants. Just to be seated once seated , only to wait for service and additional wait for food. Ordering poolside, expect it will take 45 minutes to an hour to get a drink once ordered. Since Hilton purchased the property they have laid off 90 employees. It is difficult to provide a quality luxury experience when you don't have the staff to service the guests. I hope they can get their act together and hire staff.

Went for the day as a local. Loooove it! Spa and restaurants are excellent! Great day vacation.

Excellent stay here in June! We stayed in a one bedroom suite and the room was fantastic. Super clean and very spacious. It had a full kitchen with stove and oven, full washer and dryer in the bathroom. The bed felt brand new and was extra comfy. Shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, but it seems to get busy on the weekend. Food court was great for a quick bite or drink. The hotel market had all sorts of food and bev for the room. The pool area was huge with plenty of chairs. Kept clean. Food and bev service. at the pool chairs. Food was good. Hot dog was way better than expected. Poppy seed bun and a thick beef dog. Roof pool is luxe. 18+ only. Gym has everything you need while on a getaway. Convenient location. Great

Great brunch today - definitely worth stopping in for a meal. And parking was validated!
