Good location between several Spring Training parks! Good AARP rate that includes nice breakfast! Room was ok but smelled like a pet had been in it. No room service for a 2 night stay(as we were told when we checked in).

Loved the happy face of Vanessa at front desk. That’s the kind of person that I wish more companies would hire as the “face” of the organization. She was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were amazing, so clean. Please share this with your cleaning staff. There was another lady at the front desk later in the day that was very nice and helpful also. My husband was sleeping in the room most of the time because he was undergoing medical treatments and he said it was so quiet during the day, he loved the breakfast. Thank you for excellent service.

Positive: convenience, pet friendliness and price Negative: minor problems with the door locks, and some "creepy" people coming to visit hotel while not staying at the hotel.

Everything about the room and breakfast was very good. EXCEPT the shower really needs to be replaced. Mold around the door and grout on the floor, plus the fiberglass floor was dirty looking. All the rest of the room was in great shape and the bed was very comfortable.
