Sunrise Vista Mobile Home Park

2nd Update: Well this just gets better. Stuck again scrolling through 400 names on a gate that belongs in a museum — thumb-smashing my way to insanity. Another driver pulls up, walks over, and generously reveals the secret: hold the button and it actually scrolls. Groundbreaking. He then scans me in with his card — zero verification, zero clue who I am. Top-notch security, Sunrise Vista: strangers let you in faster than your keypad can find my family. Consider this your official complaint (and my new therapy for thumb cramps). Update: it's getting seriously frustrating at this point that sunrise Vista Mobile Home Park does not care about anybody having issues I am now having my father to ship all of his packages to my house because UPS and FedEx has refused to deliver to his address now

My mom lives here and bought her place for only a couple thousand dollars! Sure it needed some fixing up, but over the years she has made it a nice little place. The lot rent is $500 per month. Not the fanciest trailer park but it is very clean and has a large community pool with huge bathrooms and showers and lots of community activities, free air, putting course, small dog park and a laundry room. They have pool tournaments all the time. Overall a nice little place for 55+

My sister in law is very happy living here and we love to visit.

I have lived in the park for almost 3 years & am very happy here. Residents are very friendly. The Social Board does a fantastic job of providing activities that are fun & cover a wide range of interests. The park is clean and well maintained. The rent is very reasonable and even includes water and trash pick-up! My only complaint is with Park Management. In my humble opinion, they should spend more time keeping trespassers & thieves out of the Park and less time writing up residents regularly for nit-picky things that are none of their business. Most seniors that I know don't appreciate being treated like 3 year-olds. Also, I have had 3 friends &/or contractors stop by the office as a courtesy before coming to my place. All 3 felt that they were treated rudely by the managers.

I've lived in this park for 18 months. Nice, quiet park, well maintained with great lot rent! Well managed with the managers living on site!
