Sunnyside Inn and Suites

This is a great hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very very clean. Rooms are very spacious and well put together. They have all the amenities. Fridge, microwave, bathtub/shower, great water pressure, ironing board with iron, large tv with cable. The bathroom was very large with a separate room for the toilet, large vanity counter top and mirror, timed heating lamp, the walls and furniture are in excellent condition.

Positive: Location was convenient and room was clean. Breakfast offerings were cold, but adequate. Plenty of parking. Negative: Rooms were not at all as pictured. Old carpet and areas on wall where furniture had been moved, but wall had not been repainted. No table or coffee in room. Probably the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. Only one lamp in room was not working.

You get what you pay for. I picked the cheapest hotel I could find. And it was.

Dinner and drinks exceeded expectations, with fresh flavors and elegant presentation. The staff went above and beyond, helping me organize a surprise for my partner — all done with discretion and warmth. Every detail, from cozy blankets to soft lighting, added to the charm. I'm a single mom who recently lost her home. My partner, my son, and myself were staying here for a little over 3 weeks. I have 2 jobs, one during the day and one at night. We don't do drugs, we kept our room clean, we were quiet, and are polite. When I came in to pay for more nights after my night job, after that long of staying here, I was told that they were no longer allowed to rent to me. No explanation, just a note from the manager to the night staff. I still have not received an explanation and I did not receive my deposit back. There is massive drug activity here (I stepped out of my car only to find a needle on the ground), and when said activity is pointed out to the management, they don't care. Pictures do nothing, and people are, essentially, told to look the other way. I recom
