Hilton Garden Inn Clackamas Portland

I stayed here for a company trip. when I stayed, the hotel just completed its tasteful renovation. It has a very bright and welcoming lobby, and the room I stayed in was spacious, cozy, and had a modern feel. the restaurant called de fuego is also very cool, with amazing food. the gym is insane, biggest one ive seen in any hotel. Wifi is free and very fast, typically not the case for older hotels but I was impressed with the signal here. The level of service from the friendly staff is what you would expect from a Hilton. 10/10 would recommend staying here, I know I will be the next time in town.

This hotel is under renovation. It is not laid out like any standard HGI. It smells like it was built in 1985 because it was, older and musty. However, the rooms are nicely renovated. I had room 340. The amenities were fine, however there was a lot of light shining in from the entire doorway where it didn’t quite match up to the frame. (see picture). |There was a really nice black out shade which ensured no light from the window at least! The bed sits pretty low to the floor, I’ve never been in a hotel room with a bed that low.|Not sure I’d select this property again, at least wait until the renovations are completed. The property was not marked well and it was unclear where to turn into the parking lot. There are no diamond parking spaces that I noted.

Our stay was while they were completing the renovation/conversion from old hotel to Garden Inn so there was lots of construction, debris and noise. Staff was consistently friendly, and rooms were as expected i.e. good. What we will most remember is the fitness center! It was huge, and the best we have ever experienced outside a commercial gym. New gear, quality equipment (including Peloton with guest login for classes) and lots of it. Very impressive and we were the only people there (although it was a weekend morning.)

I needed a rest after my physical therapy and this remodeled hotel and my dear friend who works for another location helped me book a room for a restful self-care night. I am honored to have amazing friends in the service industry. Thank you 😊 🙏

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Clackamas. The rooms are newly renovated and feel fresh, modern, and comfortable. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The lobby looks beautiful. Its bright, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing or getting a bit of work done. The staff were friendly and professional, and the whole hotel had a great, upscale feel. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
