There was a malfunction with my room key. All my belongings were in front of my door I went to the front desk to get assistance. The guy took my card, and I went back to my front door room and waited. After several minutes, I went back to see what was going on. And the service guy was talking to the registration guy and hadn't started fixing my room key card. Usually I don't write reviews but this is the 3rd time I stayed here and the staff wasn't very accommodating. Plus the rooms are cold.

Every thing was great except for the heating/cooling thermostat which was very difficult to set up, even after the construction manager tried to set it up! Whenever the heat went off it would blow super cold refrigerated air!! Yes, the construction was very noisy during the day but tolerable. We stayed there for 4 nights in September during the construction.

New Hilton Garden Inn and renovated rooms are beautiful! Food is ALWAYS delicious are hard to choose, but whatever you get is fantastic. Location is great! Walk to the mall and other are restaurants and Target, Chick-Fil-A. This location has everything and can hold large meetings.

We stayed here along with 56 other guests for our wedding and the rooms are all beautifully remodeled! Service could not have been more phenomenal and everyone was so accommodating. I highly highly recommend if you are looking for a place to book a room block for your wedding. Our shuttle was able to pull up right in front and the bar even stayed open late for our after party!! I want to begin with the disclaimer that the hotel is under remodeling. That being said, a lot is left to be desired. Hilton Garden Inn’s purchased the property and are opening 9/25/25. I wish I could place this review there, but alas, the location is not yet available for commentary or reservations. Let’s begin with check-in, which began at 2pm. We arrived at 4:30pm, and were informed that our room was not ready by a desk clerk that could barely speak English. He said we were early. We were not. He had to check multiple times with someone out of sight and be told how to word this. Apparently they hosted a wedding, and the occupants of this room wanted a very late check out.
