room 222. Leaking/running Toilet kept me from sleeping well, torn shower curtain that didn't cause any harm, it just looked like the place doesn't get cared for. The doorstop located on the floor in the bathroom was broken. The exit door at west stairs wasn't functional, keyless entry was dead, so I was locked out when running back from my quick trip to my car and had to run-through the rain and enter at the main entry. Breakfast bar had no milk, no water for oatmeal, no juices, no yogurt or fruit to eat. Bread selection was bagel or white bread. I have stayed at Comfort Suites previously and find the location of this hotel to be very convenient with easy access to the the freeway, local stores and restaurants/cafes. The hotel is a good value and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I stayed last weekend with the family and it was very enjoyable. We loved breakfast and the pool. Stephanie at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming while walking to breakfast. My kids and I were going to the pool and before we could even ask Stephanie walked us into the pool area with fresh towels. Above and beyond great staff. We will be back!

I purchased a room here and called the hotel and told them I’d be arriving late and asked if that’s okay. They told me yes that’s fine. Once I got to the hotel late, the front desk told me I had been marked as a no show and had to book another room! They told me the fee for no show would be wiped but it never got wiped I was charged twice one a single nights stay. I figured I’d give them another chance so I came to stay here on my birthday for two nights and called in advance to ask if the hot tub was working and is on. They told me yes the hot tub is working so I went forward and purchased the room online. Upon arrival the hot tub was cold and clearly not in service. Well deceiving at best! I called the hotel ahead of time because it was 3am and asked if I'd have to leave in morning or next day. The young man, I guess Cameron, said that I would actually get to stay until Wed morning because it was so late, for the cost of one night....
