Sunland Motel Mesa

Stayed for 6 months… it was a great stay. The family that runs it is great . Very nice and mostly helpful

Absolutely terrible service. The manager randomly came pounding on the door saying my guest which is my plus 1 had to leave because he's been here for 4 hours. On top of that he said my check out is Thursday when I've paid till sat. He came to my door with 8 guys in which spoke no English to try and intimidate us, which didn't work. I promise you this is not the last this disgusting ass place is going to hear from me. Until then please don't give these people your money, something very suspicious is going on here.

This motel is my absolute favorite hideaway. You get what you pay for. This place is cheap & easy. Staff is great & the rooms are, well, exactly what you would expect for the price. No frills, but quiet & clean. I don't ask or expect for more than that. I have been coming here for years, & I'll keep coming here. I recommend this place for anyone who needs a quiet little hideaway. Nice & friendly staff. There are no strays bugging you for change or drugs. It's close to everything, too, like Frys, Circle K, GoodWill, & Jack in the Box. I love it here. You will too!

This place has cockroaches!! Don’t stay here!! There’s a quality inn 3 min down the road that’s cheaper by the day. Horrible service gross rooms

Vacation Mary is really nice, so is her husband. The place is clean and freshly remodeled. Easy access to the outside. Very clean laundry facilities. I had a good stay. One downside is that they will be on you about the rent at checkout time. Lol other than that it was great. I'm checking out today. Thanks.
