Sunisands Beach Club

Jacuzzi has not worked in years. No Alcoholic beverages allowed at the pool. Only one parking spot per unit allowed.( I had to pay to overnight park extra vehicles 6 blocks away.) No smoking on the balcony. No pets allowed. Ice maker didn't work. Had to pay for clothes washer and dryer. Had to replace batteries for air-conditioning thermostat. No elevator. I wouldn't stay there again, even if they paid me too! Glad to go back home!

Going to start off with the bad this me being picky to the other places I have stayed with through RCI. The ac needed a little work we would have to make it colder during the night so in the day it wouldn't get hot. ( we like our temps at 70) It was hard to get ahold of someone to get extra trash bags and other basic things we needed. No elevator ( not sure they could even install one). Also the washer and dryer prices where a little steep and didn't work the best. Now for the PROS smaller resort not a lot of traffic in the pool. The pool was very very nice it was warm and big and very easy to get too. The rooms where very large we had a 2 bed room it was big and nice and clean. Beach was easily accessible. Also had 3 balconys connected to my unit. I would 100% recommend this resort to f

Love it!!! It's BEAUTIFUL & on the beach! It's very clean but has no elevator.

We love the location, all 7 units have balconies that face the ocean , below the balcony is the pool and Jacuzzi and beyond that is the ocean! The units are bright and have new furniture and decor. The first floor unit is large but the view is through the fence, great views on 2nd and 3rd floors. (Fyi: no elevator) Quiet section of the beach and 1mile from the Flagler Ave strip with great bars and restaurants. (I question the 1star review by Nicole with all the others 4 and 5 but then I noticed almost all her reviews are 1 or 2 stars... )

Been coming to this resort for almost 30 years. This is a timeshare resort & I am an owner of 5 unit weeks. Small resort (only 7 units) & very private. I am also one of the 3 Board members who take pride in this resort. Because of a lot of problems that were happening the BOD hired a new manager in March of 2019 & since then everything has only gone up hill. If you have never stayed at this resort, please give it a try & if you haven’t been to Sunisands for a while, please come & check out all the upgrades since March of 2019. We are sure you will love it!
