It pains me to write this review, Oceana has been our families go to beach getaway for over two decades. I wanted to do something special for my moms 80th birthday. What better that to take her to our home away from home? I went on the website, chose my two nights, even selected an ocean front condo on the 5th floor. Was given a total cost for two nights plus all taxes. Entered my card info and agreed to the terms, then an error message popped up saying my stay didn't meet minimum requirements! This is the first anything was stated about min stay. Says nothing on the website, nothing on the reservation page, I was allowed me to book and select 2 nights. I reached out to the property management company. Brittany was very sweet and understanding of my frustration. She gave her manager email,

My family owns most of the complex (time shares) for the same week every year. I'm actually thinking about trying to buy one of the last one available do we can have the whole place to ourselves

I had a wonderful time staying here! The view was fantastic and there was even free WiFi. All of the of the units were clean and updated too.
