Sundance RV Resort

Very nice spot with river front… all amenities very good specially happy with the power for my 50 amp fifth wheel… and super clean! Staff so friendly !!! Glad we gave it a try and will definitely come back soon! Pd pizza and wings to die for 🤤

We stayed at the Sundance RV Resort north of Earp because we couldn't find a space in Parker due to the Parker 425 Race. We're very glad that we did! Alyssa in the office was great-personable, friendly and wonderfully good-humored. We very much enjoyed our week-long stay there even though they had no spots left with sewer hookups (we simply dumped upon our arrival and again before departing). They had plenty of grass between spaces and a very nice sand beach. Bathrooms were private and clean. We also had pizza at the saloon-it was very good and bartender and cook were friendly. I had a beer on each of my visits to purchase ice. I also took advantage of the water taxi, with great skippers, to visit their sister resort across the river to have a nice lunch. Servers there were also very nice,

Great staff from the Office,Restaurant,Grounds maintenance. Well kept and clean Park with all the amenities. Very quiet in the winter season

Can't beat this place on the water clean park, great staff If you're looking for a place to go on the Colorado river with some peace and quiet They have an on property bar.If you're looking for a place to drink, just all around good place, people are awesome management's great always willing to help anything to make your experience awesome

My wife and I have been staying here for the month of November in our RV for the last three years. Great location. In my opinion best rv Park in the area. The staff has been great. I requested a refund early January 2026 because we have to attend a wedding in Texas and was told they like it when people give them so much advanced notice and I would see a refund in a couple days. Here it is March 2nd and after multiple phone calls and an e mail I have yet to see my refund. One excuse was there system was down. Can't help to think if I needed to make a payment it wouldn't be a problem. Very disappointed in the lack of response and respect. Please don't make this any worse that it is and send me my refund. I have you 10 month advance notice.
