is one of those places that just keeps getting better every time you visit! They’ve been making noticeable improvements around the resort, and it really shows — everything feels more welcoming and relaxed. It’s the perfect mix of fun and peaceful. The views of the Colorado River are absolutely beautiful, and there’s always something to do! The kids love the River Rats Kids Club, and for the grown-ups, karaoke nights on Fridays and Saturdays are a blast. Between the two sparkling pools, hot tubs with river views, and friendly atmosphere, it’s easy to unwind and enjoy some sunshine. Whether you’re camping, boating, or just soaking up the scenery, Emerald Cove has something for everyone.

Don't buy! Unless you are willing to buy over an be over again you will never be able to make a reservation since all the new people that pay above what you paid where to buy a more recent version will always have the right to book before you do. If you don't want to spend another few thousand dollars every few years then you're stuck with not being able to book a reservation. I bought more than 15 years ago and since I refuse to pay the thousands of dollars on one upgrade and then again thousands of dollars on another upgrade, I can't make a reservation now because everybody has like more than 3 months in advance to make a reservation. And I don't have that. That's the way they get, you have to upgrade constantly in order to have the upgraded benefit you had when you bought it. So I have

I bought a package of 10 resorts for 6 years for about $7,500. If you use it, you will love it. Because you have so many choices. You can stay in many of the resorts for months which will get you out of the winters if you live up north like I do.

Don’t contact these people or give them your phone number. They will call you twice a day every day. Even if you tell them I’m working and I can listen to your pitch when I’m off work they will still call every day during working hours when you can’t answer the phone. If you buy a camper from Camping World, tell them you don’t want them to give your number to them. It’s ridiculous how they hound you. How great can they be if they have to harass people just to listen to their sales pitch. After all this there’s no way I’d sign up.

I've had the absolute worst experience with this company. Pure run around while they collect $16,000 on top of collecting a $600 maintenance fee a year. I haven't taken my trailer to any of their camp locations. Please PLEASE stay away from this company and KQ Ranch. They don't want to help you. Every single thing with the staff is made difficult. No one wants to help. How I truly wish this sham is uncovered and people don't suffer the way I have. Add on: I have tried reaching out. It has been pointless. All I get is an attitude from Toni B. I have resorted to only emails since phone calls end with more disappointment and frustration.
