We arrive for our reserved 10 day stay and check in. We are told how to get to our site but may not be able to turn right to get to our pull through site because there is a permanent camper in the roadway. We try to turn the bend and not able so we back up and go to next road to back into our paid for pull through site. Get down to our site and there are two vehicles parked on our site. Now we have to go figure out who they belong to. Found one owner and not the other so I have to walk back to office and ask what to do now. She puts us on a different site. So we loop all the way back around and get to our new site. Oh my gosh the garbage everywhere. Probably hundreds of cigarette butts, plastic, sewer hose, even a small engine! My husband went through the site twice to clean the

Wonderful experience at champions gate!. We traveled here years ago when it was know as "Mouse Mountain". It was nice then, but it is much nicer now! such a friendly staff! Assistant Manager Quinn and the manager Cory treated us really well and check in process was a breeze. Would recommend anybody that is looking to stay close to Disney. Only 15 minutes away from all 4 parks! We love it here!

Excellent property in a fantastic location. The amenities are great and work well for all ages. What stood out to me the most was how professional , attentive, and very hands-on the management is. They care about the details and make sure residents and guests have a great experience. Truly top-notch management and great overall value. Had such a great time.

We absolutely love it here. The staff in the office is responsive, respectful and all around amazing! We have been visiting here for a few years and now have an annual lot for the past year and half. With the recent changes on I-4 you can reach Disney World most days in 10 to 20 minutes and Universal parks in 20 to 30 mins. The location of this park is fantastic with groceries, gas, and restaurants all on the same road and within 1 to 2 miles.

Excellent property and the location is fantastic. Great amenities are offered and suitable for young and old. The property management is excellent. Very hands on. Management shows great attention to detail while focusing on exceptional resident and guest stay. “A” PLUS ON VALUE!!
